It figures the time I get in on an art trend for once that the original post gets taken down. lol

@KungFuMan316 A big part of that has to do with Ash having been the main character for 25 years, but I ended up losing interest in Horizons fairly quickly because Liko's personality felt like it was just "special" and "girl." Meanwhile Ash was fun to watch right from the start.

Also unpopular opinion, but making your heroine female in a popular show does not equate fans rushing to it or feeling refreshed. Pokemon's a big example of this. While Liko's not a bad character, *nobody talks about Liko*, certainly not in the same capacity as Ash or even Misty
