Hi friends. No easy way to say this: my girlfriend has lymphoma, a cancer that may kill her. It’s a recurrence of the cancer she battled in 2024.

To be honest, and I know it would be a lot, but Falcons should get out ahead of Bijans deal and extend him and Drake this year. Both players will be pillars for the team going forward, might as well rip the bandaid off and get it done

A stat I wish we had for Runningbacks that I think would really capture the position is "Yards After Contact Capped" It would be Yards After Contract but erase all yards that occur [say] 10 Yards after last contact. Right now, Yards After Contact can be entirely scewed if a back breaks one tackle and then is off to the races for 50-60 Yards. I want a stat that really captures who is consistently grinding out tough yards after first contact.

QB situation is a major factor. Kyler is not coming to be a backup.
ATL cleaned house and didn’t draft Penix, though they continue to say they love him and want him to focus on getting healthy. They aren’t married to Penix. They have not named him the starter when they could’ve.

What I love about the Trent McDuffie trade is that my timeline is split 50/50 between "this is great work by KC" and "this is amazing from the Rams".
