Fullscope went to Westminster! Shortlisted for an NHS Parliamentary Award for our co-created film about self-harm, Ask Me How I Am, in the mental health category. Didn't win but it was great to be there with 2 of the young people who worked with us (& 👶), and celebrate together

Young people told us they wanted more guidance when helping friends with mental health struggles. With funding from @CambsCC we brought together an amazing group of young people to co-create 'Help You, Help Them', alongside mental health experts helpyouhelpthem.org.uk

This is an excellent piece in teenage mental health & why mobile phones & social media use are only ever likely to be a part of a more complex societal issues. It is also an excellent reminder & articulation of the enduring challenge that is adolescence.
