PLEASE READ $ICP FAM: Honestly, I understand why so many people rush to call $ICP a scam or try to speak poorly on it. It comes from a few reasons: 1. It actually is a bit advanced. No shade but intelligence plays some roll here until we get better at dumbing it down. Most chains got their followers by saying "we go very fast" 2. This space has really beaten people down. Robbed them of their hope and lead to their slaughter with the pumpfun fiasco. They came here lured by lies and had their money stripped from them. So now they seek to lash out and attack anything and everything. If you fall into the category of #2. I'm actually sorry. I hate that happened to you. When I joined crypto we actually cared about each other. Probably because there were so few of us. We had to already deal with the world trying to call us idiots every turn of the way. Now it's filled with scammers looking to screw the next person over. My hope is that we really can shift that narrative in the $ICP community. We don't support extraction scams and call them out when we see them. We educate people and try to setup them up to succeed. And more importantly we begin to build a common goal of re-shaping how the internet works today.
