@FultonBank why can't I set up bill payments for future dates on days you're closed? This make no sense that I can't set up payments in your online system just because the bank is closed.

@FultonBank It’s wild that I sent an email and I never got a response. Do I have to put you all on blast everywhere? Is this how we do it in 2026?

Extremely disappointed in @FultonBank. My father died and they have made it absolutely impossible to contact anybody or create a resolution. The individual I was told to speak to is impossible to reach, won’t give me any information, and her customer service is subpar.
