We also had a very fruitful FunDive Barcoding Workshop with the second group! Together with 15 participants from 5 countries, we extracted DNA from 126 fungal specimens and prepared 96 samples for sequencing. Results of sequencing soon! Group photo by M. Rocheleau-Duplain.

The first group of the Barcoding Campaign finished their work! It was a busy three days, as 18 amazing people from 7 countries prepared 192 samples for Nanopore sequencing! Every step was registered on the PlutoF platform. We hope to soon publish the sequencing results soon!
