I walked my sons downtown today, I asked them what’s the difference between other cities we been to like New York? They said “where’s the people?” I said correct, there’s not enough money being made and when that happens, what happens? They said “the businesses leave!”. Chicago’s downtown needs a full revitalization to give it the growth it deserves. We need a vision to bring our downtown back which would net us an extra 3-500 million a year!
