@Clownieyeyy Two ideas: -Since they're living cartoons, in cartoons, evil things often had red eyes, therefore, they would have that. -In real life, red eyes happen from fatigue or infection. The twisteds never seem to get proper rest, and ichor is implied to be like a virus.
