The role We're hiring a Junior Marketing & Community Operations profile to increase execution capacity across marketing, support, and community. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of growth, content, and ops. What you'll own: Community moderation across Telegram, Discord, and social channels First-line user support via Intercom Marketing ops: listing forms, directory submissions, partner coordination Tutorials, how-to content, and documentation for users and developers Supporting BD outreach and growth initiatives where relevant What we're looking for: Strong social media intuition and excellent verbal communication AI-native mindset: you actively use AI tools and can build simple agents or automations to reduce repetitive work Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving, small team Experience in crypto, Web3, or fintech is a plus, not a requirement Self-starter with a bias toward action Why join now Seven years in, Fuse is entering one of its most interesting chapters, positioning the network as a settlement layer for agentic AI commerce and payments at the edge.
