Cramming cases has to be one of the draining part of reading.

English

@chidinma_ochia Interesting! 😂
You know what, being the propounder of this concept, why don’t you just lay the proper foundation? 😅
I’ll defend the “plaintiff you”😂
English

You fit sue yourself give us precedent oh.🌚

Genuinely, it has to be my favorite part of reading, especially as it makes everything less obscure. I studied 350+ cases for my just concluded exam, especially for Evidence.
But the issues sometimes are just with the party’s names. What the heck is Onwuzuruike v. Edoziem 😪

@arojinle1 There’s this Alubarika I knew of. The man died as a result of this. Since then, my heart is always in my mouth whenever I see any of them anywhere. The trauma skyrockets when I’m driving and see them on the road. I go just deh pray like say na my last day

Not the judgement per se, but check it out.
English

@chidinma_ochia @FutureAttorney0 Do you’ve the full judgment?
English

@chidinma_ochia Take a break or just do something not related to research and come back. You’d be fine 🤍
English

@chidinma_ochia @SammieTheFirst Wait! If we’re using this stance, that it’s employment related, in lieu of in the course of employment, then you’re posing that other torts like battery and assault that occur in a work place should be brought before the NIC. That which weboth know is unconstitutional and invalid
English

@FutureAttorney0 @SammieTheFirst I'd read through. But, it's employment related not outside that employment..
English

@chidinma_ochia @SammieTheFirst Although I’m still trying to get the correspondence between Mrs. Emma and the parents tho. The content of it would give more clarity to the court’s judgement.
English

@chidinma_ochia @SammieTheFirst In that case, Emma sent those letters to the parents after she had resigned, not before she or during the course of her employment.
I believe the employment issue there is an “ancillary claim”, and so therefore should be commenced at the High Court.
