The Transport Planner & PPP expert @FutureCitiesNG gave a presentation on Lagos: Becoming a Smart City with a Smart, integrated Transport System, highlighting the work done in Designing a Priortised Terminal which identified Ferry terminals for upgrade and Smart ticketing systems

The MD @MetroLagos highlighted the challenges of Transportation on Lagos. She stated that @followlasg has acknowledged the need for an integrated multimodal transportation network which will improve accessibility, safety, security and ease of travel. #lagoswaterways

The theme of the sixth plenary session of the event is - Providing an Integrated Transport Network in Lagos State. The speakers are MD @MetroLagos, Abimbola Akinajo and Taiwo Sanni, Transport Planner and PPP Expert @FutureCitiesNG #lagoswaterways

The third speaker, Pius Agbude, President, United Waterways Passengers Association provided a presentation on The passengers' perspective on Waterways Transportation in Lagos. He highlighted the importance of security awareness when using the Waterways.

The theme of the fifth plenary session is focused on Improving Safety and Security on the Waterways. The speakers will be analysing risks, policies, collaborations and passenger perspective on the waterways. #lagoswaterways

The final speaker @VictorNkiiri, a Senior Financial Markets Specialist @FSDAfrica provided a presentation on The Lagos Green Bond. He provided insights into climate finance, the state of the green bond market, and highlighted some @FSDAfrica Green Bond Programmes.

The second speaker @tariyeg the MD/CEO, ARM Harith Infrastructure Fund Managers gave a presentation on Funding Climate and Blue Economy Projects. She provided clarity on private equity funding and blended finance.

The fourth Plenary session will focus on Innovative Ways of Financing Licensed Ferry Operations. The speakers will be providing funding and investment insights.

The fourth speaker, Georgios Radoglou, CEO Clima-X made a presentation on - Utilisation of Lagos Waterways for Public Mass Transit using Fossil-Free Mobility.

The third speaker, Prof. Adebayo Otitoloju, MD Sierra Craft made a presentation on the Opportunities and Challenges for Local Boat Building in Nigeria.

The third plenary session - Improving the Boat Building Capacity in Nigeria and Operating Sustainable Ferry Operations. This session would evaluate the opportunities and standardisation of the local boat building in Nigeria while exploring cutting-edge innovations.
