I don't understand "just get a job, lol".
I can't see well, have auditory processing issues, can't leave the house alone and have difficulty learning new info, I'm overwhelmed by new places and sounds, and I have very little strength. What job do I get with those qualifications?

No one is forcing you to. You just have to also accept that people won't like you and that you will be very very lonely. There's absolutely nobody trying to get you to be more approachable or social because they're frankly not that interested in interacting with you.
