@WJCrankings Yeah, and they made exception for Frondell last year. I'm honestly surprised that it looks like the other 6 will skip the playoff finals. The fact that this is even an issue is crazy, just schedule the U20 season to end one week earlier so it doesn't interfere with the U18 camp

Some people want to keep Foote because he will get a top 3 pick again in 27. They need a coach to actually develop the young defencemen already on the roster. I would rather have the 3rd worst odds but actually develop the young guys already on the team

Guys like Buium, Ohgren, D-Petey, Willander need a lot of teaching for them to develop. D-Petey is a perfect example. He thrived under Tocchet’s structured system, but has struggled a lot this season. Adam Foote is not the guy you want to harvest those raw talents.

@hillier_kale @CofRedCentral I watched him all year. The whole team was bad to end the year, he was bumped from PP1 to PP2 and was not given enough minutes. For most of the games he still looked like the best player on the ice and was still creating a lot

@ProspectHockeyy @archjrinsider Doesn't mean it's a good league. Fink has clearly shown he should have been taken higher due to his college play but when you are very undersized and not playing in any of the top 3 CHL leagues, those are some warning flags
