Welp that’s my first 6 months in a senior leadership role done. I’m still at the beginning of my journey but here’s a few things I’ve learned so far🧵:

Yesterday I finished my term as trustee of @hackneycvs. The last 5 years it's been a privilege to be a part of this charity which does groundbreaking work to build a strong community in Hackney with the voluntary sector at it's heart. I’ve learn loads- here are my 10 key things🧵
