This week, the East Africa Public Leadership Programme enters a pivotal phase: Seminar 2: The State of the Region. It’s where "Inner Work" meets "Systems Knowledge." We’re diving into regional history, personal roadmaps, & the future of public service.

"Why me? Why us? Why now?" On seminar day 3, our East Africa Public Leadership Programme fellows presented their public narratives. It’s one of the most intense and transformative parts of the #Futurelect curriculum.

By integrating the "Inner Work" of personal purpose with the "Outer Work" of political systems, #Futurelect is setting a strong benchmark for leadership development. Ethical. Experienced. Non-partisan.

Public narrative isn't just storytelling. It’s a leadership tool that motivates others to action by sharing values. Our fellows are learning to link their personal "Story of Self" to the urgent "Story of Now" facing East Africa.
