Just arrived LHR @BritishAirwaysT BA274 ...4 hr delay & missed connex to Scotland. Only complaint ? the passengers did not appreciate the amazing BA staff, who coped brilliantly, including having to evacuate 2 sick passengers. Service and care has been great. Well done BA.
