I am formally appealing the Community Guidelines strike issued against my video @TeamYouTube . After reviewing YouTube’s Child Safety Policy, I believe this content was flagged in error as it is a transformative commentary and educational critique regarding public safety. 1. Context and Intent: This video is a reaction and commentary piece on a report by the creator Shoe0nHead regarding the app "Wiz." My intent is strictly to criticize the lack of safety protocols on platforms marketed to minors and to highlight the documented dangers (such as sextortion and adult predators) reported by reputable news outlets like the New York Post and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. 2. Policy Compliance (EDSA): This video falls under the Educational/Documentary exception. It serves to inform my audience about the risks associated with certain mobile applications. At no point does the video promote, facilitate, or encourage the exploitation of minors; rather, it expresses strong condemnation of such behaviors. 3. Consistency in Enforcement: The original video I am reacting to remains active on the platform, suggesting that the topic itself is permissible when handled as a matter of public concern and social critique. I take child safety very seriously and designed this content to bring awareness to a significant societal issue. I request a manual review of this video to confirm its educational and critical context. Thank you for your time and consideration.
