@Stansted_Exp is an absolute circus today. 3 tips to improve: 1. Signage is unclear outside terminal, and especially at B.Strop 2. Staff comms is a mess, make sure to give staff more info, and ensure it's the same info. 3. Improve the details of travel on your website for this.

Shouldn't have to hunt for the information I need in multiple, contradictory, places.
