Returned COD order ORD66973058641. @letsblinkit support hid my cash refund by texting "promo" without instructions on how/when to use it. Now it expired & email team claims they "cannot view" a few months old order records! Ridiculous support. Reissue my money @blinkitcares

Hey @HPIndia and @HPSupport . Bought Victus Sept'24. Faced 30+ BSODs in first 3 months. After multiple requests, HP technician only did a temporary cleanup. Now out of warranty, RAM has failed with suspected motherboard instability. Spent ₹5000+ & feel helpless. Please escalate.
