@Heccles94 Sorry I disagree. The NHS is amazing but the Junior/Resident doctors got the biggest wage settlement in the public sector when Labour came to power and yes it was deserved. However why should they be deserving of another huge increase when nurses, midwifes etc don’t?

The Labour government doesn’t understand that a strike is not about public support. It’s about collective strength, and that is why the doctors will win.

@BenjscottScott2 @TiceRichard Lancashire County Council should be labelled Preston County Council hence why Blackburn and Blackpool jumped to become Unitary. The rest of the county suffers whilst Preston benefits same still true though Prestonians will argue that point.

@TiceRichard Reform blaming an “8-year backlog” ignores a basic fact: Lancashire County Council has had decades of underinvestment across multiple administrations. One budget bump doesn’t fix structural decay overnight… especially while council tax still rises.

A month later and Lytham Road is still a disgrace and apparently doesn’t meet ‘intervention criteria’ for a full resurfacing😡 I’ve been constantly chasing the Reform-run County Council. Promises of full repairs keep being made - but we are all left playing dodgems with the potholes. At the last local elections Reform promised to fix all the potholes and cut taxes. But, what have we got in Lancashire: ❌ People tell me they can’t remember the roads being this bad ❌ Council tax wasn’t cut, it went up You got in touch with me about 82 roads following my last video, and I’ve sent them all on to the council. Reform weren’t very happy with me, apparently they don’t like any criticism 🤦🏻♂️ I’ve asked for this whole stretch of Lytham Road to be resurfaced, but been told that wouldn’t meet the intervention criteria. I’ll let you tell them what you think of that!
