Kenya is more fragile than Somalia and Congo.
Take it from me.
I see a federal system being adopted in the near future or secession emerging in more than one region.
If underlying issues aren’t resolved, Kenya could face serious internal divisions or complete fragmentation.

They killed helpless civilians. What says you on that. What about during the second intifada with suicide bombers targeting civilians..
