We always preach working in silence but I have to say how unbelievably proud of our boys we are as we wrap up our offseason winter phase, 4 days a week in the weight room and torturing our boys every Wednesday morning at 6 am for the last 11 weeks, no fancy names or posts just work, on to spring phase. #EmbraceTheProcess

Riley Quinn took second in the shot put with a mark of 46-04.25 (14.13 m). Grace Steffen took fourth with a mark of 43-02.50 (13.17 m). Ashley Rusthoven finished sixth, throwing 42-10.75 (13.07m).
