1)Yagoogoo has Mortal vs a relatively low healing comp but still healing (Udyr + BT Ezreal later) 2) Ruler has LDR, its good, he is a worse applier than Corki (Rumble has orb, one of the best GW appliers) and the enemy comp is relatively low healing as mentioned so it's fine he went LDR instead

Mortal Reminder vs LDR - Currently we are seeing a mix of these items and people seem a bit lost on which is better - The fight is between the Grevious Wounds effect (GW) and 10AD - Simply, Mortal will have value in almost all games even if it's just cutting an enemy BT
