Thanks to Hamilton Jets for hosting some of our team today for the a theory and practical 'HJ Mechanical Training’ course, at their East Grinstead facility. This will be very useful and help us save money on the maintenance of our lifeboat's twin Hamilton jet system

Vessel was escorted to Hamble Point Marina for an emergency lift. On these lifeboat incidents worked alongside @hillheadcg, @HantsPolice, @MODPolice, @SCAS999 and other coastguard rescue teams from Portsmouth and Hayling. Lifeboat crews eventually stood down at 15:45.

06/11/23 08:34&13:13 (incidents 111&112) Paged by UK Coastguard to two incidents today. The first was a water related incident in Portsmouth Harbour. The second was a vessel that declared a mayday after taking on water

12/10/23 08:07 (inc. 105) Paged to investigate reports of white light seen in the sea in eastern Solent. Working alongside @MODPolice boat and @BembridgeRNLI, Gosport Lifeboat conducted a search from Gilkicker to Portsmouth Harbour. Nothing found and lifeboat stood down at 09:39
