Tomorrow at Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library at 7:00 PM for Monika Herzig's presentation on the House of the Singing Winds. Monika will discuss this project and the live streamed concert on May 3rd 2022 at Altes Pfandhaus in Cologne that celebrated 10 Years of Indiana Jazz.

All GAK members are welcome to join our Cultural, Education, and Events working group--our set of volunteers for our upcoming events. 7:00 PM, Thursday Evening, Edelweiss Biergarten or Banquet room (if raining). This will be a combo CEE and Oktoberfest planning meeting.

Schwenkbraten will be available both nights of #IndyFrühlingsfest22. Saturday during the day is open seating, and there will be limited open seating after 5:00 on Friday and Saturday, but to get table service, please call for a reservation of a table. (317) 888-6940.

This is a traditional grilling method originally from Saarland, and now common in Southern Rhineland and Baden. Schwenkbraten is a special pork cutlet, marinaded in special spices (Claus' special blend) and grilled on the schwenker over hardwood (usually beech)
