Anna won her heat in a new personal best time to jump up from 13th seed into 5th place. She’ll go in the final just before 17:30. You’ll need to make plenty of noise for her to hear you from Gateshead. Let’s finish strong! #TeamGAW

Anna Finlay won a fantastic 🥈 as part of N&D PP in the 14-16 years medley relay. A huge well done Anna - you are a British medallist! Take the momentum into your 100 breaststroke on Thursday. She wouldn’t let me leave without a photo, so I reluctantly agreed! #TeamGAW

Anna, swimming in Team N&D PP ‘A’, will swim in tonight’s 4x100 medley final. It was a great heat swim from the girls, winning their heat and qualifying 2nd overall. Anna’s split of 1:13.9 is over 2 seconds quicker than her flat start best. Good luck girls! #TeamGAW
