@McDonaldsUK and @ubereats_uk hugely disappointed in both tonight. Made an order and after over 60 minutes of waiting the delivery arrived. It was cold and one of the drinks had no lid so had spilt everywhere! Dinner ruined!!!

Currently sat on a flight to Canada and the whole entertainment system in our area is not working. Air Canada staff say it was a known problem and we should have been informed about it before boarding. @AirCanada you need to up your game here as not impressed!

@TicketmasterUK have just nearly 7 hours trying to get to the store for Oasis tickets, got to number 1 in the queue then the site crashed and I am now back to where I started (in the lobby). What is going on?!?
