Hello @GCBBankPLC I sent money from the UK to my GCB account in Ghana through a remittance company. The transaction shows credited on my bank statement, but the amount is not reflecting in my available balance. I have emailed and WhatsApped your customer service since Tuesday with no response. As a customer living abroad, this is very disappointing. Please can someone urgently assist? Is this the level of support customers outside Ghana should expect? This is very bad from your end! Whenever I have issues with you guys, it takes weeks for it to be resolved. This is not my first experience. You guys can do better.
