Alex Mitchell sets @PAC_Athletics record in 400 meters with time of 47.61 seconds! That time is a @GCC_XCTF record and ranks 6th in NCAA Division III. Teammate Jeremiah Knowles takes 3rd in 50.53 seconds.

Head @GCC_XCTF coach Jessica Cooper earned @PAC_Athletics Coach of the Year after helping guide both the men's and women's teams to conference titles Thursday night.

Senior Ryan Lenhart has now been part of six @PAC_Athletics championship teams at Grove City - two in indoor track and field and two in outdoor for @GCC_XCTF, along with two titles as a wide receiver for @GCC_FB . He won the weight throw and took third in the shot put Thursday.
