Our @GuilfordCollege sport management students had a productive trip to another year of #BreakingIntoSports at @ItsBristolBaby. A huge thank you to BMS’s @LandonOwen, as well as the ETSU @GSLD2015 program for again hosting the event.

A huge thank you to the @GSOGargoyles for hosting our Intro to Sport Mgt students this past week. We had a fantastic tour from Gargoyles’ staffer Ainsley Cromer. This type of experiential learning continues to be a primary focus of our program. #UniquelyGuilford

One of the best moments of this trip was on the last night as our @GuilfordCollege students gathered below the Edinburgh Castle and stood silently to listen to the city hum, the trees rustling, the birds sing, and spend time in reflection and appreciation. #guilfordspstabroad2025

The final day for our @GuilfordCollege students was spent visiting the stunning city of Edinburgh and hearing of its deep history. A traditional group meal capped our 10 days together. Thank you to the students that make this possible. Here’s to many more! #guilfordspstabroad2025

Day 9 provided our @Guilford group a day to do “their own thing” … and whether it was tours of St. Andrews, playing golf on its famous links courses, hiking the coast line, or simply catching up on sleep, the penultimate day of #guilfordspstabroad2025 was another success.

Wow, St. Andrew’s was nothing short of stunning. Thankful to learn about such incredible golf history on day 9 while exploring the town. 🏌️ @GCSportStudies @GeorgeMasonU #guilfordspstabroad2025

What. A. Day. Words can’t describe the experiences that our @Guilford students enjoyed on Day 8 in the Highlands. Stops at Stirling Castle, the Hermitage, Dunkeld, the River Tay, the Atholl Highland Games and the Swilcan Bridge were unforgettable. #guilfordspstabroad2025

Leaving Manchester and England behind, we made our way to Glasgow, Scotland on Day 7, taking in the culture through bike/walking tours and watching the finals of the Scottish Cup. Tomorrow, a Highlands tour awaits our @GuilfordCollege students. #guilfordspstabroad2025

What a unique and exhilarating Day 6 for our @GuilfordCollege students, getting to ride on the BMX tracks at #britishcycling and visit/play/hear lectures/explore the grounds of @ManUtd Old Trafford. Hands on experiential learning sets our program apart. #guilfordspstabroad2025

Day 5 meant a visit to the home of Paul, John, George and Ringo as our @GuilfordCollege students spent the day visiting @LFC, touring The Beatles Story Museum and exploring one of England’s iconic cities. Time for some rest to prep for our final day in Manchester tomorrow.

It was a whirlwind Day 4 for our @GuilfordCollege students and their exploration of global sport. A rushhour transfer from London to Manchester was a challenge, but the reward was a fantastic lecture/tour at @ManCity, followed by free time in a new city. #guilfordspstabroad2025

Day 2 of #guilfordspstabroad2025 was fantastic, with a workshop and tour at Lord’s Cricket Grounds followed by a tour of London sites. The king even drove by at one point in the day. Our @GuilfordCollege students are experiencing life abroad and learning much along the way.

I bet @AGoldFan would have loved to join us on this study abroad. A visit to Crystal Palace fresh off a FA title is planned for Tuesday night. #guilfordspstabroad2025
