GC Sports Hall of Fame

We are saddened to share the passing of GC Sports Hall of Famer TJ Slay. Inducted in 2021, TJ left an incredible mark on Granite City Wrestling — a 1995 Illinois Class AA 130-pound State Champion with a perfect 43-0 record. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Slay family.

Our final inductee into the 2025 GC Sports Hall of Fame Class is 1997 graduate Carrie (Simpson) Wallace. ⚽️ 4-year captain at Dominican ⚽️ 1998 NAIA All-American ⚽️ Had 46 goals & 42 assists for 134 points ⚽️ GCHS MVP with 12 goals & 12 assists 🏀 3rd-team all-SWC in 1997
