@DaniGaravelli1 The deciding factor here will be the substantial cost savings by not having huge sprawling offices in prime city centre locations. Either downsize or abandon them altogether - this is being given serious consideration in just about every major city at the moment.

I do worry all these "people are seeing the benefits of working from home" posts are going to be used to justify not reopening offices. There are pluses, but it's harder to separate your working + non-working life. I'm not sure that will be great for mental health.
