GCU SHLS international retweetledi

Today marks the start of 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence and GCU is committed to ending gender-based violence in all its forms.
Over the next 16 days, GCU will join a global network of organisations to deliver a range of activities that supports our ongoing wider gender based violence prevention and response programme of work.
You may notice our award winning Erase the Grey campaign banners and posters across our Glasgow and London campuses over the next few weeks. The campaign was designed by GCU students in 2018 and aims to tackle the myths around gender-based violence as well as to act as a call to action and raise awareness.
There are a number of services available which can offer support, both within the University and externally.
▶️ Our Report and Support platform also allows you to report any instances of gender-based violence, sexism, racism, discrimination, bullying, harassment or any other offensive conduct.
▶️ Our First Responders Network; a group of dedicated staff members trained to take disclosures of gender based violence and signpost to support services
▶️ Our gender-based violence policy covers both staff and students and ensures we provide a consistent, caring, and timely response when any member of our University community is affected by gender based violence
