Today is Orange Shirt day at Garden City. Wearing orange shows that you recognize the impact of residential schools on multiple generations of indigenous families. It shows you are open to being part of the discussion. It shows you believe every child matters.

This week (Sept 27-Oct 1) is Truth and Reconciliation week at Garden City. During this week we recognize Orange Shirt Day and participate throughout the week to expand our knowledge of the residential school impact. #EveryChildMatters

What a difference a year makes! kudos to @7OaksSchoolDiv & @DeviSharmaWpg for working to modernize the running track at Garden City Collegiate; once completed this will be first rubberized 400m track in north part of city. Local school boards matter!

Vaccine Update - From Wednesday, June 30 to Sunday, July 4, the Leila super site will be offering walk-in Pfizer doses for youth aged 12 to 17. 330 doses available daily.
