@guitarcenter I had a terrible experience at Guitar Center Hialeah (3886 W 18th Ave) on 4/17 between 4:30-5 PM. An employee mocked and insulted me unprovoked. I came in for service, and he treated me disrespectfully. This needs to be addressed. #GuitarCenter #CustomerService

@guitarcenter I highly recommend you reconsider selling Williams pianos. My expensive baby grand stopped working completely. Their CS asked me to send video then they have ghosted me. They also don’t answer their customer service phone number. #disgruntled #disappointed

I’ve literally spent thousands of dollars at @guitarcenter over the years, have a credit card with them and everything. Went to return a laser, the first thing I’ve ever returned and they wouldn’t take it back as I was a couple days past the 45 days. Should have used Amazon 🤦🏻‍♂️

I also purchased a new hard case as the one that they put with it was cheap for a $900 guitar Purchased 3 years ago protection plan Was for my 13yr son When I get home I will take pics of the scratches on the pick guard They should have sold as used if had any damage
