Quick update from Mr. CEO of Privacy before the end of this incredible year.
First of all, thank you to everyone in the @Arcium community, ecosystem and supporters for your patience and trust, it genuinely means the world to the entire team and me.
The last few months have been a huge acceleration, especially on the ecosystem front, where we have seen a tremendous amount of developers and teams shipping incredible, apps.
That being said, I want to address timelines. I am sorry for the delays to Mainnet Alpha. I know some teams were planning launches around this end of this year, and I fully understand the frustration that it's delayed. I take full responsibility.
Over the past year we’ve built the most versatile, trustless and scalable computing protocol in the world. Mainnet Alpha itself is working well, but one of our external audits was pushed last minute by ~6 weeks. This audit is a hard dependency — without it, we can’t safely go live. We’re pushing as hard as possible, but for now we’re waiting on an external timeline.
We’re also aware some teams ran into issues on recent testnet versions. Over the past weeks, we intentionally lowered testnet priority to focus on mainnet readiness, audits, C-SPL, and performance and stability. Testnet should however now finally be back online and function as intended.
The purpose of Mainnet Alpha is to let teams deploy and ship on Solana mainnet, while we continue building toward Arcium’s full mainnet launch, including advanced features, C-SPL, and decentralization.
We’re very close and once this final audit lands, we’re ready to move fast.
Thank you to our community and ecosystem for the patience and energy. The teams building with Arcium are incredible, and they motivate me and the entire team every single day. I'm deeply grateful for everyone here and couldn’t ask for a better ecosystem and community.
It was great seeing so many of you at Breakpoint under the big purple umbrella, the whole team and I are incredibly proud to be building Arcium with and for all of you.
