How about the night of Graham Edwards of @YHCBaseball?
SIXTEEN. STRIKEOUTS. He nearly finished a complete game shutout in the 2nd game today's DH sweep. He finished going 6 2/3 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 4 BB, and the 16 K.
Edwards struck out TWELVE of the first FOURTEEN batters he faced. What a performance!

We use Airdyne Sprints with a 10//30 work rest ratio to comply with the energy systems used in pitching. Max effort for longer than 12 seconds is simply not used in the sport.
