This has been discussed time and time again.
I bought a house in early May 2023. And moved in May 19, 2023.
They filed a recovery of two months rent for not giving them 60 days notice. I moved two weeks before this court date. I was month to month on rent of which I paid up until I left.
I’m never paying that bullshit they created. I talked about this multiple times already
