Basic Guide to Liquid Staking Liquid Staking is a way to stake your tokens and earn rewards while still keeping your assets flexible. Instead of locking your tokens, you get a representative token (LSD) like stAPT that you can keep using in DeFi. With traditional staking, once you stake, your tokens are basically stuck for a while, and you have to wait through an unstake period to get them back.
