Congratulations to Senior Blake Vestal on picking up his 100th career strikeout in tonight’s 9-0 win over Cary. Vestal becomes the 13th pitcher in school history to hit the milestone. @GHHSSports

The Falcons defeated Cary tonight 9-0 behind a strong pitching performance from Blake Vestal. Vestal threw a complete game 1 hit shutout and struck out 8. The offense was led by Charlie Dusina with 2 hits and 2 RBI and Sam Weinraub 4 Runs scored and 3 Stolen bases.

The Falcons defeated Felton Grove 15-2 tonight. Junior Eli Martin led the offense with 3 hits (2 2B, 3B) driving in 4 runs. Sophomore Troy Haynes also had 4 RBI on the night and sophomore Brooks Hall collected 2 hits. The Falcons return to action tomorrow night vs Cary.

The Falcons picked up a conference win tonight over Willow Springs. Senior Blake Vestal went the distance giving up 2 runs on 3 hits and striking out 10. Sophomore Troy Haynes and Junior Trevor Cleveland each had a hit and drove in 2 runs. The Falcons return to action on Friday

Congratulations to Senior PJ Barry on making the All-Tournament Team at the Bobby Murray Tournament. For the tournament PJ went 4 for 6 with 2 doubles, a run scored, RBI, and a stolen base

The Falcons finished up their Spring Break slate with a 10-4 loss to Heritage in the Bobby Murray Tournament. Sophomore Troy Haynes and Senior PJ Barry led the offense with 2 hits each. Sophomore pitcher Liam Rothwell pitched well in relief going 3 IP 3 H 1 BB and 4 Ks.

We had a GREAT day volunteering @MLoftheTriangle today. Lots of fun making new friends and memories over a shared love of baseball!

The Falcons defeated Panther Creek 6-1 in the “Fight for 55”. Blake Vestal threw 5 strong shutout innings giving up 2 hits and striking out 6. Paul Morrow, Ben Williams, and Charlie Dusina each had 2 hits tonight. Trevor Cleveland and Dusina combined to drive in 5 of the 6 runs

Green Hope dropped a 7-4 decision to Jordan yesterday. Jordan used a 6 run 5th to take the lead. Paul Morrow (1-3, 2B, 2 RBI) and Blake Vestal (1-3, RBI) led the Falcon offense. The falcons will host Jordan on Friday at USA Baseball.

Green Hope lost to Apex 7-0 tonight. The Falcons will finish up their week Friday night at Apex.

Green Hope defeated Northern Durham 13-3 last night. Five Falcon hitters recorded 2 hits last night with Eli Martin driving in 4 runs. Trevor Cleveland picked up the win giving up 1 run and striking out 7. The Falcons return to action tonight vs Apex.

The Falcons picked up their first conference win of the season. Blake Vestal went the distance giving up 1 run on 3 hits and striking out 5. Sam Weinraub drove in 3 and Eli Martin drove in the other two.

Green Hope looses to Holly Springs 9-0. The Falcons will look to bounce back tomorrow at Apex Friendship.

The Falcons dropped a tough one tonight to open up conference play, losing to Apex Friendship 4-3. Sam Weinraub and Ben Williams paced the offense with 2 hits a piece and Eli Martin threw six strong innings giving up 2 runs and striking out 9.

The Falcons picked up their second win in as many nights defeating E. Chapel Hill 10-0. Troy Haynes and Sam Weinraub led the offense with 2 hits a piece and Sam hit an inside the park HR in the 3rd inning. Blake Vestal threw 4 shutout innings striking out 9 to pick up the win.

The Falcons opened their season with a win over Athens Drive tonight. Trevor Cleveland led the offense with 3 hits, including a triple, and Eli Martin threw 5 scoreless innings. The Falcons return to the field tomorrow against East Chapel Hill, game time is 6:30 at USA Baseball.
