We are Humanities! We are pleased to announce that our department has a new and exciting name and logo. Pop in and see us to find out more or let us know what you think! Big thanks to Mr Purdie for helping us to design our logo too.

In order to recognise World Mental Health day yesterday, we dressed down to raise money for our house charities. One of which is a local mental health organisation called FDAMH, you’re mental health matters and you should never suffer in silence ❤️@MVPScot

Can’t wait to work alongside this amazing group of mentors, they’ve got some big shoes to fill but I know they’re going to do themselves and @GHSfalkirk proud. It’s going to be an exciting year 🤞🏼.

In June the @GHS_SocSubs faculty all deliver the same lessons to our new S2 classes and this year we are using @curipodofficial. This lets us deliver informative & discussion filled lessons on our topic of #Hopeforthefuture. With less photocopying! #Sustainability

Our first litter pick of the year and our S6 pupils cleared over 30kg of litter from the grounds and Callendar Park! Almost 1500 items all counted toward our @mcsuk award. More to come next week from our S2s! #TakePrideinFalkirk

S2 at @GHSfalkirk will be starting their #Hopeforthefuture IDL on the 5th of June and a big part of if is sustainability so this perfect timing for the @GHS_SocSubs faculty. #Worldoceansday
