Moment of truth. $BTC is currently testing the 6-month diagonal resistance. Honestly, I’m not a fan of this move happening on a weekend in a low-liquidity environment—especially after four days of sluggish, overlapping price action in the low $70ks. But this is crypto, so anything can happen. If it breaks successfully, we’ll be making our third attempt to reclaim the April 2025 low around $74k. If it fails, I expect a liquidity sweep lower, potentially taking us all the way down to $65k or beyond before reversing. #Bitcoin

I painstakingly accumulated $XRP during the 2022 bear market on the very first Remora accumulation beam print. I built my biggest position at an average entry of $0.36. Those were simpler times and it was just me and my process. At the time XRP was one of the most hated coins. When the parabola came at the end of 2024, I sold my holdings above $2.5, mainly due to being extremely turned-off by how suddenly it became extremely popular among retail and everyone was talking about it, although I had much a much higher target of $9 in mind. I was hoping for that kind of retail euphoria to start only after $4. In hindsight that turned out to be a good move. Today, we are seeing the first accumulation beam flash since 2022, this happens to be at the top of the base channel that it spent so much time trading within during the last cycle. Today, the absolute floor of the Gann resonance grid is at $.077. This would be considered an absolute steal! But having spent so much time in the base channel last cycle, I don't anticipate it to spend too long down there again. Quite possibly just a retest of the base channel's mid-line (Dashed red line). At the same time we have seen big bounces from the top of the base channel in the past, so we could very well be extremely close to a bottom. To mitigate the risks of buying potential bear market bottoms, as always, Whop members are advised to do so within the rules propagated within the Katana Macro Investing framework within the macro accumulation range that is currently forming, for those interested in building a position for the next major move up.

$CVX shows the previous runs last year did not end randomly but precisely at the top of the band relative to the rest and was not 'primed' then with a relatively thick band. We are now seeing the 'compression' for the first time in it's price history with price holding within the band. Potential for an explosion here - HIGH.

Catching the next explosive altcoin before the explosion happens I've been studying this phenomena with regards to how Altcoins behave relative to the rest of the crypto market. Why do some altcoins seem to pump suddenly and out of nowhere? Why do some altcoin runs come to a grinding halt suddenly only to continue into a downtrend? When is the best time to position in them? Looking at the $ZEC chart relative to the rest of the Crypto market, this 'band' sheds some light on the above questions. A thick band implies it is not yet primed for a massive run and that any run will most likely come to a grinding halt at the upper band. After a long duration of 'priming', the band narrows and price starts to trade within it. I call this the 'compression' and this is where the asset appears primed. This often ends in a sudden and massive explosion to the upside. We generally tend to hear about these coins only after the explosion and every analyst on X starts to post about it only after the pump. By then, the meat of the move has already unfolded and the risk of entry is extremely high as what can follow is more than likely to be a massive retrace back down. We often hear these words being echoed here: "Only selective altcoins will run." And we have all been caught holding bags that performed dismally compared to others. To address this, I've been scanning the crypto market in search of these 'compressions' hoping to catch the next big moves in addition to our focus of late in our Whop group on relative strength and trying to position early. Unfortunately, this is something I've reserved for paying members only as we continue to identify and track the progression of these. This week I will be completing the scans and presenting such potentials on Whop. But I'll leave you with one such chart that appears to be forming this compression in the comments down below.

There is a possibility that $BTC has already completed a leading expanding diagonal from the Feb 24 low ($62.5k). Although it is not an impulse, it remains a motive wave and could mark the start of a broader recovery. I first identified this potential structure a few days ago when the fifth wave developed. However, I hesitated to share it because the fifth wave does not touch the upper boundary of the expanding diagonal, making the overall pattern appear somewhat unusual. That said, the EWI quoted post referencing HOOD shows a very similar setup: their red wave 1 is a leading expanding diagonal composed of five overlapping waves, where the fifth wave also fails to reach the upper boundary. If this configuration is considered valid under the Elliott Wave Principle, then #Bitcoin may have completed a leading expanding diagonal as wave 1, and we are currently in wave 2 correction—with the structure invalidated below the February 24 low. That said, I remain somewhat skeptical. We saw another expanding diagonal in the $80k–$97k range that ultimately failed and got invalidated. To increase confidence in this count, I would need to see a strong impulse higher without breaching $62.5k first.
