@Baltazargod @AndersHansen74 Mnja, teorin om det ”öppna fönstret”, dvs att man får en sänkning i immunförsvaret efter en hård fysisk ansträngning tarvar mer och avsevärt bättre empiri. MEN, i meningen att uppnå hälsofrämjande effekter är sannolikt lägre intensitet helt tillräckligt. Annat är på nöjeskontot.
