@Baltazargod @AndersHansen74 Mnja, teorin om det ”öppna fönstret”, dvs att man får en sänkning i immunförsvaret efter en hård fysisk ansträngning tarvar mer och avsevärt bättre empiri. MEN, i meningen att uppnå hälsofrämjande effekter är sannolikt lägre intensitet helt tillräckligt. Annat är på nöjeskontot.

Morgonwalk i vårsoldränkt Stockholm! Fysisk aktivitet har aldrig varit så viktigt som nu. Stärker immunförsvar, förbättrar syreupptagningsförmåga vilket gör att vi hanterar luftvägsinfektion bättre om vi smittas. Viktigast: det förebygger stress och depression och det behövs nu.
