GILLS has shown huge promise to improve surgery to low resource areas.The first prototype (STAN lift) popularised the GILLS technique but has limitations which limit wider use of the device and led to the innovation of current prototype @GHRG_ST @RCSI_GlobalSurg @surgfoundation
