We've had a great morning with several interesting presentations: 1 Institutionilisation of #GIS in #WesternCape municipalities (online) 2 an introduction to @Saeonews 3 (the scourge of?) Red line diagrams by @DALRRDgov_ZA Julian Williamson, SG of WC.

GISSA Western Cape AGM is off to a good start at @HazendalWine with about 80 people in the room and as many again joining online.

Our 2023 student event has gotten off to a good start with presentations on #sustainable #forest management, #flood risk modelling, and #participatory 3D #GIS for #disaster risk reduction.
