Ketanji Brown Jackson keeps proving that she has no knowledge of the Constitution. This time, even her liberal colleagues couldn’t stand with her. In a lone dissent, she argued that if a judge feels like something is an injustice, they should have broad power to fix it. That undermines our entire legal system. Where in the Constitution does it say that a judge should have the power to just ignore convictions and let people go because they believe they're righting a wrong?

Here's what bothers me about all the artists pulling out of The Great American State Fair. Martina McBride, Bret Michaels, Milli Vanilli (who knew they were still around) and others claim that they can't play this event because it's too divisive and has caused security concerns. PLEASE, HELP ME UNDERSTAND. I can't see the people who want to attend a Freedom 250 event causing security threats. Are these threats instead coming from the people who are AGAINST this celebration? And what part of Freedom 250 is divisive? Please, be specific. I love Martina McBride. What changed that made this event no longer "non-partisan?" I'd like to know because NONE of this should be about politics. I remember the Bicentennial. Everyone got together, Republicans and Democrats, to celebrate the 200th birthday of our nation. I remember people HATED President Ford and Nixon at the time. But they still showed up to celebrate. They didn’t boycott due to the person in the Oval Office. The celebration was bigger than the president. Freedom 250 should be exactly the same. No politics. No partisanship. If that's really what it's turning into, I'd like to know exactly how. Until then, it just looks like partisanship and fear of retaliation from their own side when performers drop out.

Last night’s Blue Origin rocket explosion was a stark reminder of how dangerous going to space truly can be. That's why I cried when I watched Artemis II launch successfully. It is a miracle every single time one of these rockets works. Thank God no one was injured or killed this time.

The LA Times came out with an article claiming that crime is down in Los Angeles and it's the safest it's been in decades. Really? Apparently, it's just homicides, which is good, but LA still has major crime issues. Manhattan Institute Fellow @Rafa_Mangual explains how LA residents really feel about the crime and how @spencerpratt is exposing the truth: “I think people rightly perceive Los Angeles to be in a state of disorder. When you walk the streets of a major American city and you see people shooting heroin into the veins between their toes in broad daylight, that sends a signal. You have well-to-do citizens finally starting to listen to somebody [Pratt] who’s simply telling the truth. He’s pointing a camera outward and saying, 'look at the filth. Look at the people injecting heroin into their veins on the street. Look at the discarded needles. Look at the human feces on the sidewalks.' I think what this reflects is an understanding that they failed to deliver on their most basic duty as leaders… and Spencer Pratt is doing an incredible job of just sort of leveraging that reality.”

It blows my mind that the Democrats are just fine with Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner's excuse that he didn't know he got a Nazi tattoo. They'll throw all their support behind him while branding Republicans as actual Nazis. This screams desperation. Maine Gubernatorial candidate @Bobby4Maine tells me: “I’ve asked the other Democrats in the gubernatorial to disavow him, and they’ve chosen not to so far... Graham Platner is essentially a farce who is very well funded… He is a nazi, communist, woman-hating, minority-hating, veteran-hating guy who somehow has grabbed national attention. I think he’s a complete farce.”

A man in Canada met up with a doctor at a Tim Horton’s. Not for coffee, but to discuss the option of MAID. The man was suffering from Crohn's disease and depression. The doctor 'evaluated' him outside the coffee shop in a parking lot and decided he was a candidate for MAID. But here's the even crazier part that I haven't heard the media talk about. After texting the patient a personal euthanasia plan, the doctor DROVE the man to an industrial morgue, injected him, and killed him. Paperwork done. On to the next one. This is SICKENING, Canada.

Is it just a coincidence that Steven Spielberg’s new movie "Disclosure Day" is coming out RIGHT AS the government is releasing its UFO files? The government has used Hollywood to push propaganda before. Who knows if that's what Spielberg is doing? But here's something even MORE terrifying: I don't think this story is about aliens. It's about the end of an era. AI is a WAY more powerful propaganda tool than Hollywood could ever dream to be. Hollywood pushed narratives to the mass public with blockbusters. AI can manipulate INDIVIDUALS all day, every day, right from your pocket. And we'll never know the difference. Was that my thought, or was it shaped by the algorithm through millions of small, personalized ways? Governments don't need Steven Spielberg anymore. We are now facing the death of free will itself. And that's way more terrifying than UFOs.

.@kevinolearytv is right that China is trying to convince America to stop building AI data centers while building tons of its own. That's China's plan to win the AI race and control the next century. But that DOES NOT mean data centers should just drain public power. I'm dead set against any data center that has a SINGLE line feeding them power from the grid. But some are generating their own power and giving the excess TO the grid. Those are two very different scenarios. Thankfully, Kevin O'Leary has said his data center project in Utah will generate its own power. THIS IS A MUST. Just like railroads, factories, oil, and electricity powered previous generations, the future will run on AI computing, powered by massive amounts of energy. We need both to stop China from dominating the world. China knows this and is trying to turn data centers into a boogeyman. There’s evidence out now from the Bitcoin Policy Institute that foreign influence networks are actively feeding this anti-data center movement in the United States. They traced several overlapping campaigns, all aimed at slowing American AI infrastructure down, directly to China. Strong countries build infrastructure. Weak countries fear it. We can't fall for their trap. But we must also build strategically without sacrificing public resources.

The Democrats are once again showing exactly who they are. The Party's official X page actually told White House Deputy Chief of Staff @StephenM to “shut up you ugly f***”. @RubinReport breaks down how this is part of a much larger pattern: “Democrats constantly in stump speeches are saying the F-word. They're doing this softshoeing around violence, where it’s sort of ok that Brian Thompson, the UnitedHealthcare CEO, was killed by Luigi Mangione. The crazy thing about the Talarico situation is, you have to remember, his primary was against Jasmine Crockett, who was as bananas lefty as you could get. And he said, "Hold my beer, I’ll show you what bananas lefty is.' In Texas!"

China considers propaganda campaigns to be part of a "smokeless war." It sounds like Trump is now fighting back by looking into these foreign influence campaigns that are shaping our political atmosphere. If what Hasan Piker said is true - that Trump is using him to go after bigger fish like Neville Roy Singham (China), the Party for Socialism and Liberation, the ANSWER Coalition, and CODEPINK - this is a huge development.
