@LloydsBank changed my phone and trying to log back in to both personal and business banking app and it will not let me reset password. 4 days straight now "trchnical problem". I've even tried on desktop Internet banking and same issue... any advice please?

@LloydsBank Yep I have a card reader for business banking. it takes me all the way through but insists the 8 digit code is wrong at the end (it's definitely not).
