A small business owner sells stroller bags through Amazon as a third-party seller. Orders come in, money goes out for inventory and shipping, and then the refunds start. Customers claim something is wrong, request their money back, and send a return. But instead of the new item, they ship back an old, used version. The refund is issued, the scammer keeps the new product, and the small business eats the loss. This feels like a system that’s failing the wrong people. Big platforms can absorb losses; small businesses can’t. If Amazon wants to protect its marketplace, cracking down on return fraud and backing legitimate sellers shouldn’t be optional, it should be standard. Should refunds only be issued after returns are fully verified, and should repeat abusers be banned from platforms like Amazon?

Dear Sir.. as a Florida Native.. I would like to say that going after Publix may be the single most antii-Florida anyone could do. Just like Beaches, gators and Sunshine, Publix defines who we are. You write for a rag that daily seeks to belittle Florida and Floridians, and now you want to take shots at Publix? II am not sure what audience you think you are entertaining.. Publix employees more Floridians than any other company in the state. More people that were raised here got their first job from Publix. Department managers make more than some 4 year degrees make. Publix provides the jobs that pay the bills for hundreds of thousands of hard working families across the state. Publix was my first job, and it was my sons. Publix buys Florida agriculture goods, vegetables, dairy. Publix produces their goods IN Florida, employing more people in second tier manufacturing to bring FLORIDA good to FLORIDA consumers. Farmers survive due to Publix. After storms, Publix is there. A few years backs when Hurricane Michael hit as a Cat 5 in Panama City.. when the storm passed.. we have hundreds of electrical utility trucks moving down I-10 to help, and right behind them with a Highway Patrol escourt? It was Mother Fucking Publix! in a convoy of semi's ready to help theiir neighbors.. FLORIDIANS, and they didn't ask if you were a customer or not. Trader Joe's didn't show up, Amazon didn't show up.. the Orlando Sentinel didn't show up, except to take pictures they could try to make money off of. After a storm and Publix shows up.. it's like FLORIDA has shown up. Seeing that truck meant the state of Florida hadn't forgotten about you. We need Publix a hell of a lot more than we will ever need you of the Orlando Sentinel. And if the state want's to give them a tax break due to the MASSIVE revenue they bring into the state and the people they employee? So freaking be it. Attacking Publix? dude.. thats not a hill you want to die on, but die on it you will. @Publix making FLORIDA a Pleasure.

ICE Deportations… Clinton: 2 million with no protests. GW Bush: 2 million with no protests. Obama: 5 million with no protests. Trump: 2 million with no protests. Biden: 4 million with no protests. Trump: 600K with protests and riots. This is all manufactured to stop Trump.

Two unpopular opinions on the Minneapolis shooting: 1. The woman who died was at fault. She was acting erratically, inserted herself into a dangerous situation, and behaved in a way that put both herself and others at serious risk. 2. The ICE agent acted on instinct and fired too quickly. He should not have escalated to lethal force in that moment. We need full body cam footage to understand exactly what he perceived, but based on the video available, it does not appear his life was in immediate danger as the vehicle was moving away. The left is already calling this blatant murder. The right is already claiming the woman was trying to kill the agent. Neither narrative is accurate. The woman who died acted dangerously and recklessly, and the ICE agent drew and fired his weapon too fast. If both sides don’t pause the political posturing and focus on de-escalation, Minneapolis is headed toward another night of chaos just like George Floyd. ICE should temporarily pull back from the community, and leaders on the left need to clearly and forcefully call for calm and nonviolence. There’s almost no chance both of those things happen, which means this situation will likely get ugly and Minneapolis could burn again. I know this take won’t make me popular with either side but it’s just my initial thoughts on situation.

UPDATE $SILVER The reason for my previous post which is below this one was to bring attention to the Bollinger band not anything to do with claiming a double top. The point I was making is that this fast run up (almost 13% in less then 4 days) has meant price has bumped up against the top side of the Bollinger band which is not just flat but sloped down, it hasn't had time to adjust because this move has been so rapid so its highly unlikely for price just to keep rising like it has been. Unlike the run in September/October which was able to ride the Bollinger band all the way up. People get so emotional and triggered on x its beyond my comprehension why another persons opinion bothers some so much just cause it doesn't align with their views. My views dont change the market nor do they force anyone to make decisions on their trades/investments. Hopefully mentally unstable people like @alamo23445 get the obvious help they need.
