@IrfanPathan He is not good enough to play in the IPL. One innings can’t prove anything—we have eight years of his record. This has been one of the worst selections in the IPL. Based on this innings, RR will probably give him another season, where he will again perform poorly.

When you Look at some the shots Riyan Parag plays, it makes you go wow. There is some talent there. Once he understands his game bit more i personally think he can be unstoppable.

Can we actually talk about the politics behind this guy? I mean, I get it... his dad is well-connected and he’s clearly the management’s golden boy, but let's look at the facts. From 2019 to 2023, blud barely crossed 100 runs in a full season!! 😭😂 He was a walking wicket for FIVE years and RR treated him like prime ABD. Then he has one decent season in 2024 and suddenly he’s fast-tracked into Team India? Not just the squad, but straight into the XI?? There are guys out there grinding in Ranji and Syed Mushtaq Ali, putting up 500+ runs season after season, and they don't even get a look-in for the 15-man squad. And now, out of nowhere, he’s the RR Captain too? 😭 Is this a cricket team or a family business? Just look at his attitude talking about "trying to lose the toss" because he’s confused... I would play better than him any day with that kind of backing! This level of politics has to stop. You can't keep ruining this beautiful game for these PR projects. We are passionate fans who spend our time and emotions on this sport, we don’t deserve this circus.

Scoring just one century in six matches doesn’t make someone a good captain. You have no understanding of cricket—that’s why you failed as a cricketer. A captain needs leadership skills, not just stats. If runs alone were enough to make a great captain, then Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar would have been the greatest captains of all time.

I measure people by the results they deliver, not by the hours they sit behind a desk without delivering. Output is the only honest metric.
