Meet Susan Chisi Susan Chisi is a Malawian feminist leader and environmental advocate advancing climate justice through women’s empowerment. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Girls on the Lead Young Feminist Movement, where she equips rural women and girls with skills in climate-smart agriculture, irrigation farming, and eco-friendly entrepreneurship. Through her leadership, the organization has reached hundreds of young women in Kasungu District, linking economic independence with environmental sustainability. Susan’s work nurtures a generation of women who see themselves as guardians of both their livelihoods and the planet.
